As we continue to track the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) developments, we wanted to share with you the actions we are taking to protect the health and well-being of our clients and colleagues, and to reassure you of our continuing availability to serve your legal needs.
To protect our staff and visitors we have implemented increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures and policies. We are following the guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other state and local authorities. Any visitors who do not feel well in any way, even the slightest sniffle, are being asked to not visit the office and instead utilize email, mail, skype and phone in lieu of office visits. Most importantly, all our staff is fully vaccinated with appropriate boosters.
At this time our offices remain open and 100% operational. Should any forced closures be put into place, we have the ability to work remotely with no interruption to operations. We are also setup to perform closings through Skype, subject to lender approval, and we are doing closings at client homes utilizing outside space such as decks, garages, etc. if no other solution is available.
Furthermore, effective immediately we are now offering a $700.00 flat flee, exclusive of title insurance, for all new purchase and $650.00 flat flee, exclusive of title insurance, for all refinance closings. This is our effort to help ease the financial burdens of current world events. This pricing will be in effect through September 1, 2022. Thank you for your continued business in these difficult times.
